This week’s 6 Steps to a Better Business seminar had a fantastic turnout! Thank you to everyone who came along, I hope you had as much fun as the whole ActionCOACH Bristol team!
A Positive Atmosphere
It was great to see so many new faces and a few old ones. What I love about our 6 Steps events (other than meeting so many enthusiastic business owners) is the positive atmosphere that radiates throughout the whole day. Despite the importance of the event, it’s such a fun, fantastic way to spend a morning and it seemed to fly by, as usual.
It was also great to welcome Jane Carvell to the stage. Jane is our newest Growth Coach. Jane focuses on personal development for large companies and is a wonderful addition to our team here at ActionCOACH Bristol. I’m sure we can expect some events from her in the future.
It’s often I meet business owners at these events who are facing the same problems. Whether you’re struggling with time, money or your employees, trust me, I’ve heard it. I know it. In fact, I’ve lived it. A large part of my seminar is talking about the struggles I’ve faced as a small business owner. How I overcame it and why I became a business coach. Why I became a business coach is easy, I’ve lived all the worst experiences you could as the owner of an SME, but I’ve also lived the best. What I want out of my clients is to see them be able to live their best lives and run their perfect business.
A Priceless Investment
As anyone who attended yesterday knows, I have lived the experiences they have lived, and surely some we all may never want to repeat. But I didn’t get here on my own, in fact I have my own coach that keeps me focused and keeps my goals in sight. The essential factor I get out of coaching? Life. A truly priceless return of investment.
If you are starting out, rebranding or identifying your next challenge, I want to hear from you. Give me a call and let’s talk or click here to arrange your complimentary coaching session.
To your success,
Gary J. Keating
