Our team attended the Biz X Forum and Awards last week, at Excel and what a few days we had We also brought 35 of our clients. Not only did we win Senior Firm, Partner of the year award, but we came out with tremendous learnings. We watched the Great Ranulph Fiennes, Steven Bartlett and Mary Portas to name a few. We also have a few marketing tips up our sleeves from the fantastic Marcus Sheridan.
Some key learnings:
- Pull out ambitions and aspirations for team to flourish, removing all inhabitors
- Care about the things that the people you care about, care about
- Build a relationship on trust
- Curiosity is the fuel for great conversations
